The Modern Supper Club

Join us for an intimate evening of bold flavors, curated pairings, and late-summer indulgence. This five-course experience highlights dishes like grilled octopus salad, stuffed wings with cotija pesto, enoki gnocchi, and beef short rib with rich kare-kare mole—ending on a sweet note with peach cardamom cheesecake. An optional wine pairing is available to elevate each course.

Guests are invited to arrive at 5:30 PM for a special oyster shuck on the balcony; first course will begin at approximately 6:15 PM.
